πWe normally donβt do this, but this situation definitely has to be addressed. When you Book with SC Yard Expressionsβ¦ just know we take it very seriously. We absolutely love to see the smiles , the tears , & the pure excitement from you receiving your Larger than life expressions.
The process:
1. you call & give us all the details to ensure your loved ones theme , colors ,& message is delivered
2. We as a design team put a design together to ensure we hit EVERY mark .
3. Normal questions asked during booking process( theme , color, phrase , interest,& hobbies )
4. You receive an invoice, which includes Terms & Conditions stated at the bottom. DO NOT MOVE SIGNS is the #1
5. Once invoice is paid .. we lock-in your date , phrase ,& theme.
6. We set up the night before, that way the element of surprise is there.
7. We always send a curtesy photo so you know the Set up is complete.
8. We pick up within 24 hours
If you look at what was placed in Eastminister Presbyterian Church vs what we picked up , this is why we felt the need to address the situation. No way would we have ever placed this in someoneβs yard or place of business & felt it would be ok. As we stated , we take pride in our work . Just know if SC Yard Expressions logo is in your yard β¦ the sign was designed & created with love .
We do pray the kiddos had an amazing first day back , despite the sign being altered.
We appreciate those who have continued to support us over the last 4 years.
