This way they can mentally prepare. Ultimately it’s all about knowledge, time and money…so the more they know in advance will SAVE you time and headaches! 2️⃣ Create a wedding website! 💻 Give them the FACTS! Where, when, time, how to travel there, how’s the weather, what do they need..passports, bathing suit, winter coat you name it. This is where you can THRIVE and save yourself by creating an FAQ section! Cause when the guests are clueless they’ll be running to you! And now you’ll have a link for them to reference 😉 3️⃣ Send out STD’s! The good kind!! SAVE THE DATES 😝 💌 Sending save the dates at least 9 months in advance will help your guests plan, prepare, ask for time off, and sort out any financial commitments they need to. It allows them the opportunity to really decide if they’re able to come. And they’ll thank you for all the advance notice! PS. Add your wedding website to it as well! BONUS ✨ Once you send out your save the dates and the guests have your wedding website, create a “soft RSVP” on there. Basically helping you see who’s really thinking of coming or a hard no! It’ll also help with your numbers, budget and tracking in the long run!
