We do this every day and see lots of different things that have or can happen and know how to help!

6. The difference between what a planner does and a coordinator:
A planner helps plan, budget, attend meetings, review contracts to make sure there are no flaws and much more!
A coordinator starts about 2 months before the wedding day and only finalizes everything YOU planned. So vendors you have booked, song choices, floor plans and then puts together a day timelime so everyone knows whats going on and when!
Many people think a planners job-and a coordinators job are easy. Its far from easy. It takes time to find the perfect vendors per client as no client is the same but also that fits in budget. It takes time to create a board of colors, inspirations and ideas to make that vision come to life! Its much more than following a timeline. There is so much behind the scenes that you never know about because thats our job!
Having a coordinator makes sure everything gets set up on time and looks how you want it to, takes down items and packs it all up, make sure your both happy and able to just relax and enjoy-your party!
