Good afternoon!

Halloween is right around the corner and we can't wait! We are interested in offering something "new to us" and want to see how much interest we would have. We saw a super cool idea to make a balloon for nonverbal trick or treaters so they too can say "tric-or-treat!"

We would like it to say:

"Happy Halloween"
"If I could speak, I'd say trick or treat!"
"Thank you!"
