JAMESTOWN ND By popular demand, we are excited to be invited back to one of our favorite communities - JAMESTOWN ND! We are excited to announce our Charcuterie Classes brought to you by The Arts Center and 'Velka Boards! We have three options for your convenience:

FRIDAY 2.10.23 @ 7PM

SATURDAY 2.11.23 @ 1PM OR 7PM

🍷WINE AND 🍖CHARCUTERIE🧀

We specialize in entertaining teaching how to craft and pair beer/wine while tasting with gourmet meat and cheeses. Have fun while learning a new craft you can enjoy time and time again. Enjoy a tasting of classic charcuterie meats and cheeses while obtaining the education on what spirits pair best with each. You will leave with:

-knowledge to craft your own charcuterie creations

-In class, you will create your very own charcuterie board, which will serve two
-a ‘Velka Crafted Charcuterie food board that will go home with you.

-a feeling of satisfaction that comes with fun time well spent!

This is my side hustle, I have a full-time hustle which I am dedicated 110% to, but still love to share the art of charcuterie. Building boards and teaching classes is where I hit my Zen and is one of the highlights of my life! Together, we rock the charcuterie life!!

News Release!!

We are all feeling the impact of inflation and the spiked food costs. We are currently reworking our prices, since our food costs have trippled since we started 'Velka Boards. Our goal is to keep our business successful, and still affordable! With that, we are working on options to keep prices down. So excited to to announce some new options. Watch for the good news...coming soon!
