Picture It! It's Friday, August 2nd. You come to the Chemung County Fair for $2 if you are 17 years old or older OR FREE if you are a 1st Responder or 16 and younger. You get through the hours of entertainment, and there is the band High Caliber and Bad Bear with great music for FREE.
