I have been away for a bit, spending time in the darkness working on my healing journey.

I see this stigma a lot with people fearing the unknown of themselves.

You have to live with this consciousness everyday, taking the time to know all the many facets of yourself, allows you to grow in your dark periods and blossom into the light.💫

The Work, is not east or it would be called the Fun Times😹

But in all seriousness, the work is rough but worth every bit of my time. Being able to find your peace, is our purpose.

Part of healing from trauma is retraining the nervous system to how is reacts to just the memory of the event/s.💥

🕳This is a deep, dark process of looking within and understanding the trauma completely so you can recognize the triggers. 💣

It can be very tough going through the Dark work to understand what are your triggers, why you have them and what are other ways to change your thought pattern when those trigger happen😳

It is something you have to work with every time, every day.

Each time we rise to the occasion and remove a piece of armor, we change our whole mindset for a better understanding of ourselves 🧚‍♀️

💚💖💛 Rest is Best 💛💖💚

🌌It can be very tough to relax when you have no ide what that looks or should feel like!

🔥The mind is equipped to be in survival mode to keep us alive in extreme conditions.

⚡When those conditions are long lived and/or compounded with other situations, it becomes a normal way of living...or so you think.

💫You can NOT survive in survival mode. You can not always be alert to every moment around you all the time. Trauma is then created, emotionally, mentally and physically.

🌋You can not heal when you are just surviving.

⭐Trauma, PTSD, Depression and anxiety are all symptoms of living in survival mode at one point.

🌈There is a way to recognize this and move forward to a more balance and relaxing life

🌚Facing your darkness does not have to be exhausting, it can be freeing and self fulfilling.

🌝 With the full moon energy that has been gathering the last couple of weeks, I have really become intune with this card

Understanding the Father/ Masculine aspect of my psyche.🌌

I have practiced it a lot with being a single parent of two kiddos most of their lives....

Recently understanding how applying that same attitude with my Business and Personal Relationships brings a peace to the wild and chaos of the feminine energy.⚡

These can be very tough energies to harness and balance together in all aspects of our lives, but I can sincerely see its benefits🌍🌎🌏
