•Dates are reserved on a first come first serve, you’ll be added to our calendar once a 50% non refundable deposit is received.
•Remaining balance must be payed in full 1 day prior to event
•Payment methods are: cashapp, venmo, Apple Pay, or cash only.
•Any additional changes or requests after order is placed is subject to a $20+ fee
• 48 hour cancellation notice is required t
o reschedule one time only.
•Outdoor installs: any outdoor installs must be placed in a shade or out of the direct sun light. Balloons don’t perform well under our desert sun, they will pop and we cannot be held responsible.
•Bad weather: we require an indoor backup plan for all outdoor installs in case of wind or rain. Party So Posh has the right to reschedule if location cannot be changed by customer.
•Damage to rentals like arches or neon signs are to be payed in full for replacement. Customer will sign a contract before rental agreeing to this.
•DISCLAIMER: Party So Posh will not go back to the site of your event if balloons fall or pop. Make sure it’s in a place out of reach of children, out of pathways, and/or the sun or weather affects the balloons.
• I cannot guarantee your balloons will last at all once they have been delivered or picked up. Kids, tree branches, brick walls, hot cars, and nails are just a few examples of things that can pop your helium balloons. Once delivered, Party So Posh is not held responsible for any balloons that are popped, stolen, lost, poked or let go of. If WE pop your balloon, it will be replaced at no charge or a refund will be issued if we're unable to get a replacement in time.
•These terms and conditions are to protect Party So Posh as the vendor, and you as the customer. By sending the deposit, you agree to the terms and conditions listed above.
