Seasonal Vegetables, and fruits cooked over the open fire, some brushed with hot honey and spices and some with bundles of herbs in a hot infused butter.
Local smoked meats and cheeses to pair with all the hot dips, spreads, sauces and glaze.
Local fresh catch on a plank and whole pig crisping up and soaking in all the smokiness.

Do y’all ever wonder what Conchitas means?
It’s like the Mexican fideo soup but with the conch shell pasta. I had dedicated this name to my children because it was something I would make for them that they enjoyed and it made me happy to make because it brought more memories for me. This has really been revolved not only to my dreams but as a dedication to my own mother, when you see all the food displays all the hard work all the vibrant colorful foods all on display is it reflection to what my mother was she was always happy, always vibrant always about her culture always about giving and soaking in all the beauty enjoying everything life had to offer. I rarely saw my mom ever have a bad day even though there would be so many things going wrong around us and still laugh through it all this is why I am so passionate on my first year of business, I would talk to her every single day And share with her my vision of how I wanted to grow, second and third year of business without her. I know-She is proud of me and I hope this dedication. She sees it in heaven. I hope you all can see how much love to everything that I do my mom had a fiery spirit and a vibrant personality and I wish as a mother myself that I am today that I could be half as good as her. The vision isn’t close to where I want it to be but as the years go by, I will get better and better my mom‘s name was Nora and she was the special ingredient into my whole life. I hope you all see the love Conchitas_llc means a whole lot more to me. I hope yall support the causes and everything I do. A lot of heart is in it each time.
