Duel mystery ingredients potato’s and onions.
Menu
Soup- lumberjack stew-a hearty stew with 3 onions, 3 potatoes and sausage in a hearty beef broth
Appetizer- low country boil on a skewer
Entree- sweet potato, ham and onion hash, sliced ham with onion jam.

Winner Peoples Choice !!!!

Pat a Choux dough. Always thought it was too difficult, nah. I was shown this a year ago at the super bowl in Atlanta. Chef Thiago Silva told me I could duplicate his steps and I did! Cream puffs with either butterscotch or chocolate custard!

Tonight’s adventure!
Greek dinner at church Sunday so I grabbed a couple recipes out of the Greek cookbook- probably printed in the 60’s.
First batches of dough chilling while chicken pot pie is in the oven.
Almond balls- lemon
Almond jewels- vanilla/raspberry
