Welcome to The Solar System, a Kosmic Universe of exploration, healing, creativity, play, reflection and freedom.

▪️Debriefing The Front Lines Inc. is the legal name of the 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Our mission is to deliver psychological first aid and sustained emotional wellness through commUNITY investment, shared values and collective action as we continue to define what it means to be a Modern Nurse working in a Global Pandemic and Humanitarian Crisis.

Offerings include no cost debriefings of single incident or cumulative caretaking trauma facilitated by trained professionals.

Rooted in the Standards of Nursing Practice, Debriefing the Front Lines, Inc. provides both debriefing and education to individual nurses, small groups, corporate institutions, hospitals and universities across the nation.

🤍 Heal the Healers Project is the beating heart and organizational curriculum of Debriefing the Front Lines Inc. The curriculum utilizes the theoretical framework of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Self Exploration.

Offerings include the Daily Communication Initiative, monthly subscriptions such as Reflections of You, Healers New Moon Magic, Support Circles and customized Self Exploration Coaching and Courses.

Coming soon – Continuing Education (CE) Offerings for nurses with a compact license.

🪐 Kosmic Garden is both the fundraising and creative component of the organization. It is the Kosmic connection between career and creativity.
Creating is to invent ourselves one more time, giving life to the things that need our attention. Art in all its forms is a reflection, a means to dive deeper into the Vault of Self.

Offerings include Floral Pop-up’s in and around Baltimore City, From Flowers to Front Lines bouquet making workshops, writing retreats and music lessons.

Nurse, creative, collaborator, supporter, dreamer and believer - all are welcome in this Kosmic Universe, a sacred commUNITY to honor the human experience.

🔊 Kosmic Garden Update
So many of you have reached out asking where we have been. So, here we are!

There is a time and a season for everything and a grace that comes with accepting this truth.

As seasons change and frost soon appears, we have made the mindful decision to take a break from farm runs, bouquet creating, floral arranging, delivery and donations.

We had tough conversations and decided traveling hours to source greenhouse grown flowers or regularly ordering wholesale did not suit us. In truth, we were attempting to step back unseen but you all kept reaching out. We are both honored and humbled.

Nik and I are grateful for your support and your belief in our mission. Every bouquet purchase, every conversation had in commUNITY, every like, share, and all the good vibes sent our way helped propel Heal the Healers, Debriefing The Front Lines Inc. forward.

You will have two opportunities over the winter months to purchase flowers through an exclusive Winter Holiday and Valentine’s Day offering.

Over the next 5 months, we will focus on curriculum development, grant writing, fundraising and a formal marketing campaign. And we will rest together, in our slice of paradise.

Heal the Healers will continue the daily Communication Initiative, monthly Support Circles, debriefings, mentorship, coaching and professional resume review to registered nurses across the United States.

As we anticipate an increased need for emotional support for front line workers, we ask that if you or anyone you know is in need, please reach out. The bravest thing you can do is ask for help. I know because I did it.

Flowers are merely a small piece of this story. They make self reflection more alluring and now that we have your attention, we are dreaming big!
This is only the beginning.
