It’s go time! 🌿🌱
The Kosmic Garden was born after journeying through an awakening that begin in early 2014... but I’ll save all those messy details for the book.

This experience forced me to re-evaluate my life and in doing so I found myself further and further away from what I had thought I wanted, a “big and important” academic career. As this realization became more and more clear, I transitioned to online teaching and in doing so got to work on my newest creative adventure, Kosmic Garden. So, I committed to joy and meaning by embracing my floral design hobby and welcoming brightly colored blooms, velvety soft petals and glorious aromas into my sacred space.
🌱🌼
Since then, whew, I’ve been hustling, learning techniques, making deliveries, booking weddings, preparing all the (ridiculously overwhelming) technical aspects that is essential to a small business owner, and building a website with an intended go live date of March 25th. But I never saw this coming, no one did. 🌎🪐
I understand that flowers are not a priority given the terrifying unknowns we are all facing (together) however in the spirit of hope and resilience, I’m moving forward as planned with the intention of role modeling perseverance during such uncertain times. Although I’m not out making deliveries or slinging flowers @broadwaymarket as planned, I’m still working hard to shine my light onto the world!
☀️
Each arrangement has a careflly curated name accompanied by a short story based upon my life as a burn survivor and the journey into what I believe to be a massive awakening. So, it only feels right to keep sharing the stories, affirmations and mantras with all of you, especially now. After all, we are all survivors in one way or another.
🌈🌎 🌱 So, HERE IT IS for the world to view simply by clicking the website link in my profile. Thank you to everyone who has believed in me and encouraged me to chase the dream. Your love fuels my momentum. ❤️
