I’ve heard you guys call this many names. My favorite is when you ask “what is this?!”, when we say Chimichurri we usually get “ive never had this before!” And it’s cause you typically have the quick/lazy version of this at restaurants. This in-house recipe will change your life! One of our customers called it “Crack Sauce” not PC but so so accurate. We have people using this breakfast, lunch and dinner. 😂 it gives us so much joy!

“Choripan” (Chori-zo + Pan). A staple in any Parillada Argentina. The sausage is a delicious and lean blend of Beef, Pork and Lamb. Grilled over wood/charcoal and served on a slightly toasted but soft roll or baguette. We always drench it in our in-house chimichurri sauce. This bite is pure joy!
Could be a Super Bowl 2021 staple?....
