First opened in 2009, it has two locations in San Francisco, as well as a catering business serving all over the bay area`. Owned by Zeynep (“Z”) Aynaci, the brainchild behind the business and the recipes, Crêperie Saint-Germain or

iginates from French street food roots and offers fresh, healthy crêpes made to order at each of its locations. Crêpes are a traditional French on-the-go food, originating from the Brittany region and enjoyed by millions of people across the country as a mainstay in the French diet. Z named the company after the bustling Paris neighborhood full of intellectuals, writers and artists, not unlike the similarly vibrant city of San Francisco. With the use of the classic ingredient of buckwheat, Crêperie Saint-Germain offers an extension of the French culture and lifestyle to its guests.
