Well, it's a little late but I just had a great idea!

I've got some beautiful Whole chickens from Goodness Grows Farm in Butler County. I'm gonna marinate them I'm ramp (wild spring garlic) pesto for a day then roast them. It's a beautiful thing!!

Whole roasted goodness grows farm chicken with spring succotach and choice of Risotto or roasted potatoes.

30 for 2
55 family style

Will also have
Cheese ravioli with pommadorro, sausage or chicken, peppers, onions, and sharp provolone

25 for 2
45 family style

Also
Rigatoni with Meatballs will be available if anyone is interested!

Well, here goes!

I'll be cooking this Sunday and delivering Monday. I'm thinking we will keep things fully prepared with re-heat instructions. If anyone is interested we could keep the noodles fresh and the sauce separate. Then you'd just have to boil the noods and heat the sauce!

Your choice of-
Fresh rigatoni or Ricotta Gnocchi
Meatballs, chicken, or shrimp
Traditional pommadoro sauce, vodka sauce, or Parmasean cream

$25 serves 2
$45 family style

Also

Mushroom Stuffed chicken with risotto and green beans with a light Mushroom and leek sauce. This one's gonna be gluten free with nice PA mushrooms!

$30 serves 2
$55 family style

Hi pittsburgh friends. Chef Nick here. IDK how exactly, but I've been tinkering with the idea of starting supperclub activities again. I've been having a lot of fun making pasta the past few years so I'd like to keep a focus on that. Maybe something like...
Choice of
Hand rolled Gnocchi or rigatoni
Vodka sauce, pommadoro, caccio e pepe sauce
Sausage, chicken, shrimp, Meatballs

We will see! If anyone has any thoughts or interest let me know! I'd like to keep things simple and sustainable. Local proteins, fresh pasta, maybe a few extras!

Hello Friends. It's been a while!! Hopefully the last year has been good for everyone! I know I've been busy! I'm back at Talia after spending the last few months helping with renovations in the cultural trust kitchens.

I wanted to invite everyone interested in hosting a private event to come check out our event space in the Alcoa building downtown! It's a beautiful space with seating for up to 35 guests. The best part is you get to plan your menu with me personally! We have a few opening left in December and It would be great if we could book a couple of parties Supperclub PGH style.

No room rental fee, private bar, customized menus, great location.

Here we go!
Here is the menu for next monday deliveries. If interested it would be great to have orders in by 5 pm on the friday before.

Ricotta gnocchi with braised pork sugo.
Pork shoulder will come from goodness grows farm and gnocchi will be hand rolled on sunday.
$23 per person
$55 family style (feeds 5)

Spring chicken with peas, asparagus, shallots, carrots, thyme, youkon gold potatoes, white wine, cream
Chicken will be boneless skinless breast from goodness grows farm.
$23 per person
$55 family style

Wild mushroom and ricotta ravioli with mushrooms, leeks, onion marmalade
This will be our vegetarian option. Ravs will be made sunday morning.
$23 per person
$55 family style

All if the meals will take about 10 to 12 minutes to reheat.

Hello everyone! I know it's been a while. Hopefully everyone has been happy and well fed!

The Supperclub PGH is oficially ready to kickstart a new chapter of chef driven meal deliveries. Things will be a bit different this time around as I will still be runnning the kitchen at Talia. Here's the deal... every week we will offer three prepared/easy to make meals to be delivered to you. Menus will be posted by Tuesdays, food will be prepared and chilled on Sunday/Monday, then delivered Monday afternoon. You can order 1,2, or all three meals for any number of people. Prices will be posted with the menu each week and will include a family style price and per person price.

Hopefully some part of this makes sense!!
I really want to keep this kind of small so there won't be any advertising outside of this page really.

Sense this is the first week back ill post the menu a little early. Look for something later today and don't hesitate to send a message or text to 716-969-4008 with any questions.

We have been tinkering with the idea of restarting the supper club on a small scale. Mostly sauce and fresh pasta delivery on Sunday/Monday’s. Sugo, bolognese, vodka sauce. Things we can sell by the quart. Also maybe some easy prepared meals. As always we would be open to suggestions. Will update soon. Thanks all!
