On behalf of Generations of Dance, we want to extend a heartfelt THANK YOU to all of our incredible sponsors for making our Janie’s Fund event a huge success! We couldn’t have done it without you!
A special thanks to Crash Fields for giving us the honor of hosting the first-ever event in their stunning new venue! The barn was stunning and the perfect setting for a celebration with over 100 guests!
We were thrilled to have amazing local businesses and entertainers join us. Ms. Nikole, owner of Center Stage Events, made all of our little guests feel magical with her face painting and fairy hair station. Ms. Lois from Fitness Knocking set up an obstacle course to challenge our agility and speed. Ms. Jessica from DAM Event and Equipment Rental LLC not only donated all of our tables and chairs but also hosted a fun limbo and donut-on-a-string contest for the kids!

A special shout-out to our amazing dance teachers who took one for the team and volunteered to get pied in the face by the kids, raising over $1000 for the cause! Miss Kristin was the biggest pie target, followed closely by Miss Sammi, Ms. Beth, Ms. Christina, Ms. Nikole, Mr. Sean, Ms. Cori, and Ms. Liz.
We would like to send a special thank you to our community (who are not dance families) that took time out of their busy schedules to come to our night and support. They made up for many tickets sold, and they became our family for that night!
Finally, we want to express our deep gratitude to all of our dance families who contributed to making this event such a success. Whether they helped prepare food ahead of time, volunteered during the event to run crafts and activities, purchased beverages, assisted with setup and cleanup, donated ice and paper products—every little bit helped make this day truly special!
The funds collected through event tickets, pie a teacher, t shirt/sweatshirts, and individual donation links….we have raised over $10,000 (and still counting!!!) for Steven Tyler’s Janie’s Fund! We can’t wait to present the donation to the foundation and already look forward to next year’s event! Thank you all for your support!
