HAPPY 5 YEARS DAM RENTAL!

Wanted to take a moment to introduce DAM Event Rental as we embark on our 5th year in business . 😘

Ryan, founder and owner, began this crazy adventure back in 2019, official launch in January 2020.

His first purchase was a 2020 Case Backhoe and a - just off production - open trailer that he drove from NJ to TN to pick up. I still to this day shake my head at the craze and sheer determination of this man at the start of this business. Mind you, all while working 50-60 hrs a week as a mechanic while his wife cared for their two young children.

Enter March of 2020 - a blow to many in NJ and around the USA. Instead of trying to purchase a store front for our little business to hold the slew of inventory Ryan just purchased, we had to redirect since NJ was shut down due to the pandemic. Through the help and mentoring of the ARA group and IO group, we were able to be one of the first rental companies for our area that was internet-based allowing customers to book their entire event from home without needing to call or visit a store to book. This was a HUGE hit and our numbers reflect it. Our customer base loved the remote direct ship idea so we stuck with it!

Fast forward to 2024, we have grown from a tiny business of just my husband and his best friend running tents after work to a team of 5 stead-fast lead employees and many seasonal part timers that we have grown to call family.

As welcome 2025 and our fifth year in business, we will be welcoming a fresh start in our very own store front, adding onto our fleet, and hopefully growing by 3-fold just in years past.

We are humbled by the amazing people that surround us in this community. The opportunities for education the ARA and The Rental Group have afforded us, as well as, the mentoring from two local rental companies that have been in it for over 25 yrs - we thank you!

A note from Jessica - I stepped into my roll as co-owner and office manager in 2023. I love that with this business we are able to give back to our community. We are sponsors for our local youth sports leagues. We donate to our local school events and help host their annual field day event using our inflatables. We work closely with our town provide so many fun events through the year that all ages are able to enjoy. I just love being able to bring joy to people lives through this business, especially the children.
