Good morning 🌞 We have a new business schedule for the moment. Even though we will be closed several days during the week, we are still continuing to answer emails and phone calls everyday. We are so thankful to our community for their support. Our calendar is fully booked with event cakes for the next few months and we couldn't be more grateful. We are really excited about some of the new things coming to the bakery. Starting with Mondays being dedicated to baking and photography classes. We will also have a delicious variety of pastries and desserts on the days that we are open. We will post what items will be available later this week. 💕

The outcome to these vintage cakes is the reason why we keep saying yes to the nerve-wracking experience of stacking cake tiers that are being held up by pillars.😅 We're always left in amazement afterwards and just want to do it again. 🤩😍 Congratulations Mr. & Mrs. Moreno 💕💕

I bought a delicious and ripe pineapple last week which reminded me of pineapple cake! This recipe is on my YouTube channel. It's a one dish recipe so you can make it all in the same baking dish, perfect for a picnic. Or you can turn it into a three layer cake like I did here by using three 8" pans. 🍍
