After wedding planning for 40 years under my own name, we have rebranded to show a new era for the company. With a wonderful team of wedding planners that includes my daughter Caroline Bailey and my daughter-in-law Brittany Bailey, we have renamed our company Bailey Weddings. Pam Aiello, Lee Kendall and Elizabeth Gershowitz complete our team along with our loyal weekend assistants. We are a tight-knit group who love collaborating on bringing a couple’s visions to life by creating weddings and parties that are beautiful and fun.

That being said, I continue to oversee all events we produce and love taking on a few of my own clients each year. I am impressed by the innovative ideas and creative décor that the Bailey Weddings crew adds to weddings and the special relationships they have with clients. It’s truly a dream team, and I feel so fortunate to have this group of women carry on with what I have built.
