The City of Hanford is currently recruiting Santa for a new Winter Wonderland attraction with the following attributes:

· Prior experience as Santa Claus
· Appearance – natural white beard and authentic suit
· Personality – friendly, patient and good with children
· Ability to stay in character and the capacity to handle high-energy environments

Dates Needed: November 21 to December 24.

Important announcement!

Due to the overwhelming demand for ice skating sessions and to ensure the safety of all of our guests, we need to make a change for our complimentary (comp) ticket holders.

Starting today, comp ticket holders must make a reservation before coming to Hanford Winter Wonderland. Reservations can be made by calling 559-585-2525 from 7:30 – 5:30 p.m. (Monday-Thursday) and 8 a.m. – noon. (Fridays). Please keep in mind City offices are closed on Monday, 1/1 and Tuesday, 1/2, so we cannot take reservations on those days.

However, because we have been so busy, we have decided to add an “After Hours Skate Session” on Friday and Saturday nights. Come skate late with us on Friday, December 29 and Saturday, December 30, or on Friday, January 5 and Saturday, January 6 from 10 – 11:30 p.m.

Santa returns to Hanford Winter Wonderland tomorrow night from 6 - 8 p.m. He will of course be joined by the wonderful Mrs. Claus.

This will be his last appearance at Winter Wonderland for the season, so come tell him what's on your list!

Important notice to our guests!

Tickets are going fast for ice skating sessions this weekend.

Tonight (Friday), online tickets are SOLD OUT for the 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. sessions. A limited number of walk-up tickets are still available and can be purchased at the Box Office during regular operating hours.

Tomorrow (Saturday), online tickets are SOLD OUT for the 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. sessions. Again, a very limited number of walk-up tickets are still available for purchase at the Box Office during normal hours.

Due to the popularity of skate sessions on weekends, and to ensure the safety of all guests, please be advised that Winter Wonderland staff will be closely monitoring the flow of skaters coming on and off the ice. This may result in brief delays for some skaters getting on the ice. Thank you for your understanding!
