We started our journey almost 18 months ago. It started with a small quick walk after one of the worst rental experiences we could have ever imagined on our daughter's first birthday, no less.
We were told "If you have great business ideas, start your own and run me out." We both decided to do exactly that, we knew that there was a drastic need for the best customer service in the industry, and thankfully we created best-in-class customer service!
Today we received one of the greatest honors our small company could achieve and be recognized as THE BEST BOUNCY CASTLE FOR HIRE In Valrico Florida! This not only shows that we have worked are butts off for this but now our community has recognized that we have bridged the gap in the customer experience we received and have become the new standard!
