last week-end food delivery was special! In addition to my regular ethnic dishes , I delivered one Vegan Meal Week Package to a new customer in the Bronx.
As many of you may have seen on my page, I started a new journey last month exploring the Vegan diet. At first glance, it seemed complicated or overly restrictive. I was worried about finding suitable vegan alternatives to my favorite meals as well as my customer's. As I love to cook, I started to be creative and add a twist( African touch) to the recipes I found. Believe it or not vegan can be tasty. After a month, I am vegan during the week and Carnivore 😂😂😂 during the week-end
My life has tremendously changed. I now have a healthier Gut , I feel better and I dropped a couple of pounds.
Lastly , it is fulfilling to contribute to someone life changes and diversify my cooking.
