If anyone here isnt in PoP group, I am cross posting for my middle school daughters. They foraged for ramps Tuesday and have some left after fulfilling their pre orders.
They asked me to create a post for them. They will be selling them $15 per half pound for the bulb attached, or $8 per half lb for leaf and stem only (bulbs broke off during harvesting). They can have them ready for pickup Thursday and Friday early evening. You can dm me to order from them, thank you so much for supporting my middle schooler’s foraging enterprise.

Today will be the last run of Thanksgiving sandwiches from the Mamaroneck kitchen!! Next week Westchester Culinary will be moving to huge modern kitchen in Long Island City, in order to grow the business. There are a dozen or so Sandwiches available for lunch today, after 12 pm.
There are also freshly baked 2.5 oz a salted Chocolate Chip Cookies for $2 each.

Edit: Pre-Order is full on BBQ Mac Rib.
Tomorrow I am considering running Pelham’s own Boneless McRib, with Smoked Quince BBQ Sauce, pickles and fried onions. Any interest?

Preparing a Beef Wellington, put your sound on for the sizzle! Using a cast iron pancake griddle is a good hack for searing large roasts that don’t fit in your large sautée pan.

A few people asked about my crispy carrot chip garnish on the carrot cake. Just shave, dip in simple syrup, and bake between two silpats at 175 degrees F. for about 3 hours.
