Good evening! Hope you all are all recovering from our historic snow/ice event here in South LA. It was so beautiful and a reminder to pause to remember to breathe and to take in all of God's beauty that is all around us! I can't believe it is almost February already 😳....But, you know what that means, right??? Everyone's favorite "L" word is just right around the corner! 1 John 4:19 says, "We love because He first loved us." This is so true and I hope you will always know that you are LOVED. But, the other favorite "L" word I have been hearing over and over lately is...........................L-A-S-A-G-N-A ♥️ Due to many prior catering commitments, dr appointments, and a small, much needed getaway, I won't be doing a weekly meal this week, but I am looking forward to be back and making LASAGNA for you next week! I will have my Original, Meaty Lasagna "OVEN/FREEZER READY ONLY" next Thursday(2/6) and Friday(2/7). Hello and Happy Friday! I've had the sweetest friends/clients who have reached out to check on me since it's been a bit since I posted anything. I do apologize for my quietness on here, but have enjoyed a little, tiny break during Christmas with my family. I hope all had a wonderful Christmas and a Happy New Year! I'm looking forward to many wonderful things and opportunities to come this year. ✨️ I'm sharing some pictures of what I've been up to the last month or two. Happy Tuesday! I have a fun twist on Taco Tuesday for this week's meal! CREAMY TACO SPAGHETTI is a Mexican flavored pasta dish that is the ultimate comfort food recipe! I will have available:
CHICKEN CORDON BLEU CASSEROLE, CHICKEN SALAD, AND SMOKED PULLED PORK(while supply lasts) ready for delivery, meet-up or pick-up. The Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole has layers of chicken, ham, a cheese sauce and topped with buttery Panko breadcrumbs. It would be perfect to serve with a Crisp Caesar or Garden Salad and broccoli or green beans. Happy Hump Day! This week has flown by already! After a long election season, we all need a good, comforting, delicious meal this week! I have been making "Marry Me Chicken" at least once a week for the last month for special request caterings, so I thought I would make it as our weekly meal this week! IT WILL BE READY FOR DELIVERY THURSDAY 11/7 AND FRIDAY 11/8.
But you have just one more decision to make.....Do you want it "Original" with Rigatoni pasta OR "Extra Special" with Five Cheese Tortellini(extra$) instead of the Rigatoni? Regardless of your decision, it is guaranteed to be delicious regardless of how you decide! It will be fully cooked and ready to be re-heated when you are ready to enjoy a quick meal.

This Wednesday(10/23) & Thursday(10/24), I will be making my Spinach, Artichoke, Chicken and Broccoli Casserole. Please let me know if you would like it with Cauliflower or Regular Rice, 1/2 Pan($20) or Full Pan($40), and Fully Cooked or Oven Ready when ordering!

Also, by request, I am offering my first soup of the season!!! Hearty and Delicious Vegetable soup!
4 Servings-$15 or 8 Servings-$30.

Good morning and Happy Tuesday! Thank you all so much for your sweet concerns and prayers for Wyatt last week. After a four day hospital stay, he is back home still recovering and healing but is feeling much better and is on the mend. We appreciate each of you and your understanding.

So it's back to work for me. I'm looking forward to cooking for you this week! I'm making Cajun Chicken and Sausage Alfredo this week for the weekly meal. It will be fully cooked and can be re-heated to enjoy on these busy fall evenings. Let me know if you would like a full or half pan.

I'm firing up the smoker today too to make some smoked pulled pork. I will have a limited amount available by the pound. It is great to put in the freezer and to use for sandwiches, baked potatoes, pulled pork nachos, tacos, etc. I absolutely love it for so many things! $12/pound-Smoked Pulled Pork

Happy Monday! Did you know......Green is my favorite color? From lush, green landscapes to beautiful, vibrant greens of produce and peppers such as jalapeños, serranos, poblanos(MY FAVORITE) to pepperoncini and beyond, I absolute love all shades of green. That being said, I've been in the kitchen recipe testing this week and I'm making you all one of my favorite GREEN(ish) meals this week. If you have never had a comforting bowl of Green Chili Pork or Pork Chili Verde(as I often call it), you should definitely give it a try this week! It is delightful and delicious on its own, or on nachos, made into tacos, stuffed inside baked potatoes, etc. but I'm going to offer it two ways:
By itself or made into enchiladas topped with a cheesy, sour cream sauce. For this week, if you order the enchiladas, please let me know the following:
1) If you would like a 1/2 or Full Pan
2) Oven Ready or Fully Cooked
3) Would you like it made with Low Carb tortillas or regular flour tortillas
4) Delivery preference day(Thurs. 10/3 or Fri. 10/4).

Chicken Salad will be available this week by request as well. :)
