We traveled back to Oswego for the weekend to celebrate the 20th Anniversary of Storm Dance Alliance Nutcracker. When Brook asked if I could refer someone to make cups for the reception for 20 years of Claras, of course I offered to do it! Thanks to Brook for being my most frequent purchaser of charcuterie for her business and personal events! Thank you to for the use of her kitchen to make this happen!

Congratulations on this milestone moment that’s brought Christmas cheer, memories and friendships to so many!

Last summer I went to “wine down Wednesday” with my friend to take pictures of my charcuterie. Carissa saw one of those pictures on Tracy’s Facebook post and inquired about how to order. It was July 4th weekend and I was away at the lake with friends. I was blown away that someone was actually interested. I had not figured out sizes, pricing or a website yet, but she was willing to purchase!!

To celebrate the first sale, I gave an arrangement to Carissa, graciously made for her birthday. Thank you for taking a chance on me and giving me the confidence to move forward♥️

We’re moving!! My husband was offered a transfer to Florida and he accepted! I catered my last two events in IL and will celebrate the one year anniversary of graciously made with a special charcuterie arrangement for my first customer next week! It will be a couple of months before graciously made can do business in Florida. Thank you to everyone that supported me this year by attending a class, sharing my posts, hosting an event and ordering charcuterie!

Spring board variation! Mother’s Day surprise ordered from one friend to another ♥️

I love how this turned out! Served on a wood board with a graciously made spreader and a box of Rustic bakery crackers.

Ingredients: italian dry salami, prosciutto di Parma, Anjou pear, my homemade whipped feta, also my homemade sweet and spicy pecans, Brie, manchego, sage derby, dried apricots, cucumber, mini peppers, blackberries, blueberries, strawberries, cantaloupe and honey.

Two types of snack boxes for the dancers, families and friends of ⚡️

The SDA annual recital was this weekend at Oswego High School. As a parent alumni of SDA, I have a relationship with the owner, staff and some parents. I asked if they would like to preorder two different types of charcuterie snack boxes. The response was more than I anticipated! I enlisted the help of my husband and we packed 132 snack boxes!!

Bridal suite brunch♥️

What are you feeding your wedding party the morning of the wedding?

I provided a travel graze board for the bridal shower and mother-of-the-bride hired graciously made again to provide a brunch while her daughter and bridesmaids were getting ready. It serves 10 and comes with plates, napkins, utensils and even tiny salt and pepper shakers!

I couldn’t be in two places at once so I enlisted the help of Ron to deliver the brunch to Starved Rock while I set up for another event.

Fox Valley Winery will lead a wine tasting of three of their own wines that will also be paired with three cheeses! Next graciously made will take over and teach you how to cut and arrange different cheeses, fold meats to make them aesthetically pleasing and use accompaniments to make a beautiful arrangement. A reusable wood board and all of the ingredients will be provided by graciously made.
