Bach/Matheny Wedding Party I thought I would make a page to keep everyone updated and to ask group questions!

Just a heads up! We do not have a party bus, so we will have to all car pool to the wedding, wellers, and the reception!

We cant get into the club to set up and decorate until 1 pm on Friday.

Update! The rehearsal dinner will be at 6 pm not 5!

Dress cool!

Friday morning
Around 10 we are hoping to get into the club to decorate
4:00- rehearsal at Calvary
5:00ish- dinner at heathers shop

Saturday
Hair/Makeup are starting with me at 8:30 at my dads.
We will all start getting ready around 9:00 then.
I will provide breakfast
The guys will get ready at my house with Zach
Girls will get ready at my dads in the basement.

Zach and I have our first look at 12:15
Wedding Party
girls at 12:25
Then everyone
Then the guys
We will eat lunch at some point. I assume we’ll just get pizza from gambinos.

After the wedding party pictures are over at 1 or before everyone will have a break until we go to the church.

Family pictures are
1:45- Katie’s Family
2:00- Zach’s Family
Done by 2:30 to get out of the front of the church.

3:00- congregate and line up
3:30-wedding
The ceremony will be 45 minutes (we will be sitting for the readings and the sermon)

Walk out of the church and congregate again

We will go to wellers or Vikings for a drink (whichever doesn’t mind ou big group)

Then to the club at 5 to line up and walk in by 5:30.

Eat
Cake
Toasts
Dancing
Start cleaning up around 10:30 and then the after party will be back at my dads.

Hey everyone! We are 12 days away so I just wanted to touch base with everyone.

Rehearsal will be at 4 or 4:30 on Friday. The rehearsal dinner will be at Heather's shop after.

Friday we will be helping the decorator set up during the day. She needs help with ladders, lights, and fabric.

Does everyone have their dresses and shoes taken care of?

I need to confirm with hair and makeup, but she was thinking that we would need to start getting ready around 10 am so we can be ready by 2:00 for the photographer.

Heather and Tessa will be helping with make up too!

Things are subject to change. Wedding is at 3:30 and then we will go to wellers for a quick drink and then head over to the club. The reception is at 5:30. Open bar and a pasta dinner!

I will keep you posted on other things as I think of them!

Hey guys! I went ahead and booked a hair stylist and makeup person. She will either come to the church or poppa Stu's house to get us ready. Please comment below if you want hair, makeup, or both!

Heather and Tessa will be able to do makeup as well. So whoever doesn't want to spend the money for makeup they are happy to do yours! :)
