This is summer ☀️ delight and was a big hit at my last event.

Ingredients:
1/2 oz. crafted strawberry syrup
1/4 oz. fresh lime juice
4 oz. Ginger Beer
🍓 for garnish

I'm excited to see my mint coming back in my herb garden!😃

Ingredients:
2 oz. Light Rum
3/4 oz. Blue Curacao
1/2 oz. Agave Nectar
1 lime
8 mint leaves

Mint sprig and lime wheel, for garnish

People always ask me what my favorite drink is. While what I drink is primarily dependent on my mood, my all-time favorite is an Arnold Palmer (half unsweetened iced tea and half lemonade 🍋). I'll never get tired of this drink. Sometimes, I'll play around with it and add mint to it or top it with a little club soda. So refreshing!

I was surprised to see Long Island Iced Tea on this list. That is my early 20's throwback! "GO HARD OR GO HOME!" Right?! This is a good list with a lot of my favorites!

The margarita was the best-selling cocktail of 2023, according to data from NielsenQ (NIQ). Other top sellers include the espresso martini, old fashioned and spritz.

💐During spring break, I challenged myself by trying a new cocktail each day inspired by various IG cocktail enthusiasts. Every single drink was delicious, and there were too many to choose from. I had so much fun making and tasting these drinks! I'm in love with hibiscus syrup.🌺

It was really hard to choose a favorite. It was a tie between the Hibiscus Mezcal Margarita and the Lemon Meringue Martini. On the last day, I created my version of a spicy hibiscus margarita, using elderflower liqueur. So yummy! The one drink that I didn't get to make was an Aperol Coconut Margarita, which sounds interesting. I was out of Aperol, though, so I'll try that one some other time. 🍋

A couple of highlights from my weekend: My youngest is officially a teenager and my son was excited to assist me at one of my classes. He asked me when the next one was! LUCKY ME!☘️🌈💚💚
