Hey Facebook! Another music post/ birthday post:)

It’s my 21st birthday on the 14th, can you believe it?! I know, crazy how time flies, anyway…

As always I have more music for you, and I’m excited about this one, this song was crafted for a good friend of mine William Zain, he has been a huge inspiration for me not only for my physical health journey, but my mental attitude towards accomplishing my goals. He has a saying called 1.D.A.T. which stands for “one day at a time”. That being said, by implementing that mindset, I’ve been gaining healthy habits “one day at a time” and I figured why not make a catchy inspirational song for those to listen to while grinding in the gym, or doing work around the house, or getting some exercise, bettering themselves and building habits “one day at a time”!

That being said it would mean the world to me, and be a birthday special birthday treat, if you pre saved the song. It would help support me and my music endeavors, but by sharing this might share some awareness for the vision my friend William had to not only better himself, but inspire others to get healthy and feel confident by learn new skills and habits in and out of the gym!
