Welcome to masala Zone

The year was 2000, I was just laying on my couch and woke up with the taste of Poori Bhaji in my mouth. I ask my mom, ‘please boil some potatoes,’ she freaked out and asked me ‘are you okay?’
I told her ‘ I have this incredible taste of food in my mouth,’ and I wanted to make something for the first time. It was as perfect as you would get at train station in India. From then on I started creating dishes and cooking for my friends all the time, they loved it.
My true inspirations come from my mom, Kaki, and my Foi. When they made food I would always watch them I’m amazement while sitting on kitchen island making goodies.
That’s how I got into cooking, and as I got more involved my skills grew to a level worthy of restaurant perfection.
Thanks to all my family and friends who made this possible.
I look forward to spreading the amazing tastes of India I have come to love and appreciate.
