A lot of pounds of pork butt , baby back and brisket has came into the pit and is the Hands of mighty happy customers !!! We have loaded up the smoker again today on this rainy day making our final push for the 4th of July weekend with 10 racks of baby backs , a tri-tip , and 20 lbs of hot links... thanks to all who are ordering and keep em coming!! The Pit is Hungry !!!

The faces behind the pit ! Thought we'd introduce ourselves but very thankful our food is much more beautiful than the cooks! My Name Todd Ulery and couldn't do a venture like this without my partner in crime Chris Stengel , we are a couple barbeque loving, outdoors minded , patriotic , flag waving American who bring a passion for quality Q with a heavy side of Southern hospitality and seek each time to make sure it's just like grandma's table you walk away with a belly full and so is your heart !
