My husband was assigned as our photographer and …he understood the assignment 😂I have so many photos to go through!

As I am preparing for our end of the year Awards Ceremony tonight, I've been looking back at our amazing accomplishments this year and I am SO grateful for the staff, clients and supporters of this organization!!

Some fun and fast facts for you about 2024:

-We served 85 couples this year! This is a 1600% increase from our first year in business and a 112% increase compared to last year! 🤓

-30% of our beautiful couples had a black and white themed wedding in 2024....this trend continues in 2025 and I can't wait to see the numbers next year!

-Oshkosh is definitely our top location for weddings and has SUCH a variety of venues...The Paine Art Center, Brighton Acres, The Waters, The Howard, The Gibson Social Club, The Convention Center...we have been at them all this year!

-This year our staff took on a new service...Venue Coordination! We are now the exclusive venue team inside High Cliff Golf & Event Center and have a number of members trained to serve couples at that location 💛

-Our family grew to 30 staff members this year! We added new job titles like: social media specialist, Honey Shoppe staff, venue lead, venue coordinator and venue staff member!

-4 Staff Members accepted promotions this year: Raquel, Molly, Azure and Jaclyn!

& finally, we moved our office from Downtown Menasha to the heart of Sherwood, which is where we plan to stay!

We can't wait to see what's in store for next year!

Honey Event Planning & Coordination is hiring for both Event Staff Members and Wedding Coordinators for the 2025 Wedding Season in Milwaukee! If you’re passionate about creating unforgettable events and being part of a dynamic, fast-paced team, we want to hear from you!

✨Event Staff Member – Milwaukee Division

This part-time, contracted role offers the chance to work alongside experienced planners and coordinators. You’ll help bring events to life by assisting with setup, decor placement, and teardown, while supporting the coordinator with tasks like lining up the bridal party, directing guests, and solving decor issues.

Requirements:

-Must be 18 years or older.
-Availability for at least two events per month during the busy season.
-Comfortable working in busy environments and being on your feet for extended periods.
-A valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
-Detail-oriented, reliable, and a team player with a positive attitude!

✨Wedding Coordinator – Milwaukee Division

Wedding Coordinators at Honey Event Planning & Coordination ensure that the day goes smoothly and on schedule. You’ll act as the primary liaison between clients, vendors, and guests, handling all decor setup and teardown, and ensuring everything runs according to the client’s timeline.

✨Requirements:

-A valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
-Comfortable working with large groups of people and being on your feet for extended periods.
-Strong customer service skills with a positive, solutions-oriented attitude.
-Highly reliable, detail-oriented, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
-Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
