But how about we step it up to gourmet meal with 6 perfectly paired glasses of wine just for you!

Don’t forget to grab a couple tickets to join us Monday, February 13th, for a Private Chef Dinner which will include a fantastic 6-course meal prepared by the fantastic Chef Dom. Each course will also include a 2oz pour of a hand-selected wine by Chef Dom and our vintners.

Doors open @ 5:30PM for you to purchase a glass and visit before dinner. Dinner will begin promptly @ 6PM.

Tickets are $150 per person for a seat at the farmhouse table, or make your night more romantic with a table for two for $165 per person. Seats are limited so grab yours early. (*Tickets available under "Events" tab on our TOAST page)

✨️HOW TO ASSEMBLE THE PERFECT BOARD✨️

In my eyes, the perfect board is colorful, bountiful, full of variety and texture.
It is important to select quality ingredients for a well curated board. Starting with the star of the show - CHEESE 🧀. You want to select a variety of different textures and milk types. My favorite is Saint Andre - a triple cream brie made out of cow's milk that is smooth, rich, and buttery 😋
Once you lay down your cheese, add in items that compliment your cheeses like honey, jam, wholegrain mustard, olives, etc.
Next, add in your charcuterie. Creating different textures by folding your meats in different ways.
From there, incorporate fresh seasonal produce to add color and freshness to your board. These will also serve as your palate cleansers.
Lastly, fill in those gaps with nuts like my favorite - Rosemary Salted Marcona Almonds. Finish off with some fresh garnish like edible flowers or herbs like Rosemary.
Don't forget the crackers and bread on the side 😋
