I have a Bachelor's degree in Education from the University of Arkansas. I taught elementary school in Fayetteville until 2016 when my husband's company relocated to our family toTexas and I became a stay-at-home mom. Our family loves football, the Razorbacks, and all things outdoors! My very first experience in wedding planning came in 2008 when I was planning my own wedding. My (now) husband, Mi
ke, and I got engaged in June and had a mere 2.5 months to plan our wedding. (My brother was scheduled to be deployed with the Air Force in September so I wanted to make sure he would be able to attend). With little time to plan and many details to cover, my family and I enlisted the help of family members, friends, and acquaintances to he help pull off an outdoor wedding with approximately 150 guests. It was a very stressful time to say the least. While our wedding was absolutely wonderful, when the dust settled, we began to realize not all the bases had been covered. To name a few, we had forgotten to ask someone to video our wedding, our vows were lost, and we had an odd array of photos (however, not even a good one of my husband and I). With a little direction and preparation, these seemingly minor details would've been covered. My goal as a wedding planner is to take the stress out of planning YOUR big day Whether you have a month or a year to plan, I want to make sure no detail, big or small, is left undone. From your engagement until the last dance at the reception, I can help to coordinate all dynamic facets of your special day to ensure a seamless and polished event from start to finish.
