A cool thing that happened after building our new pizza oven is discovering we can cook family meals for 3 days with the residual heat in the pizza oven. This morning, three days after our event, we are cooking scones and cupcakes and apple crisp in the oven right now! It’s fun for everybody even the people that don’t like to cook so much are excited about the food.

Here we are, all soaked & freezing but we had a blast nonetheless!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH TO EVERYONE WHO STOPPED BY TO TRY OUR PIZZA, included past Clients who made their way to get their FeatherPizzaCo’s fix ;)

Our Story.......

We, my wife and I started making pizzas 11 years ago on my 39th birthday party. Bought some dough at my fav. pizza shop in New Jersey and told everyone to bring their own ingredients, so we could create their favorite pizza pies. It was a blast, I guess that is when I got the pizza bug!

From that point on we never stopped tweeking our dough recipe until we got exactly what we wanted. Now, we work on building brick ovens and new pie recipes together as a Family. Dreaming about the future, and doing what we love.

We built our first oven 2016 to support our friends at a local vegetable market to attract more customers, as well as our Community. It was fun, we pulled an old farm wagon along side with a roof and a slab of marble. I built a little make shift patio and hung some lights. They have the most amazing tomatoes and sauce. All the locals stopped in to try our pizzas and we got some amazing compliments and suggestions to expand our business. Their feedback encouraged us and gave us the desire to do more.

Three years later in 2019, we built a bigger & better oven on a trailer to make it mobile. With the plan in mind to visit other people and share our pizza with them.
