I am looking to hire one to two servers for a wedding I’m doing in October. Details below! If you know anyone interested in a little extra CASH or feel impressed to share this, please do.

Because of the nature of the event, the venue place and type there will be appearance/dress requirement.

1. You must be 18 years or older
2. No face or neck tattoos and no facial piercings
3. Must be able to provide your own black trousers and long sleeve white dress shirt
4. Provide your own transportation to the venue and be punctual
5. Have a charismatic attitude and smile!
6. Must be fully vaccinated against Covid 19 at least two weeks prior to the event OR have a negative Covid test within 24 hours of the event
7. Must be willing to adhere to the requirement of being masked and gloved for the entire event— if necessary

Pay, location, time, and other duties will be discussed privately with the right candidate!

Due to unforeseen circumstances regarding strenuous Mississippi laws for food and business, catering is required to be done outside of the home in a restaurant or single building dwelling. Old laws permitted one to obtain proper permits and licensure and operate, which we have done, and those laws in Mississippi are no more.

Considering this information and my commitment to my full time career and family, pursuing an external building for an up and coming business is not a pursuit I can do at this time.

What this means is that large events requiring large scale food and supplies cannot be facilitated in a non-commercial kitchen.

I can continue however to cook for friends and family who enjoy my food and give with a serving heart to those in need of comfort. Cooking will forever be one of the greatest joys in my life. If anyone wants to contact me for cooking needs directly, outside corporate events or weddings, you are all my friends and can continue to reach out to me for help!

I am thankful and blessed with a loving and supportive spouse & family who despite any crazy whim or idea— faithfully support me.

It is my sincere hope that this is only pause; not goodbye.

All obligations that I’ve currently booked and deposits/full invoices are paid will be honored under the term friends and family. Thankfully, I have no large events in the immediate future that will suffer.

✨Each side will feed approx 15-20 people
Each pound of meat based on an average serving, you will need a pound per 4 people✨

This menu can be purchased take and bake style, meaning we make and you bake. We include detailed instructions with every order to make serving this food piping hot on your schedule a breeze!

We can also bake for you and it will be packaged in a foil reheat-able container for your to warm at your convenience at the exact time you want to have your meal.

All meats are slow smoked all day and are in a heat safe packaging to make reheating easy!

I will be taking orders from now - Wednesday March 31 for either pickup Saturday April 3 or Sunday, April 4 morning pickup by 10am.

All meals can be delivered on Saturday April 3rd with in 25 miles for a nominal fee.

✨Upon booking 25%of your total order is due in the form of a non refundable deposit to make sure dates are secure and our resources are adequately promised to each customer. ✨

We accept Venmo, Cashapp and PayPal as forms of payment.

Good morning. Thank you so much for your support. Please continue to like and share our posts and interact. We love feedback from customers and friends alike.

As many of you know, I work full time and do the catering work on weekends.

Please know that events are currently exclusive to weekend availability only.

Small events must be booked at minimum, two weeks in advance.

Any event over 25 people needs to be booked when at all possible at least 1 month in advance to secure the date needed and to ensure all fresh ingredients and supplies can be ordered to accommodate.

We have open availability for birthday parties, corporate and business meetings, Christmas parties, holiday catering, weddings, retirements and more.

All staff will continue following CDC and Safety guidelines, even beyond state limitations to ensure respect and kindness as well as safety to you and your guests at all events. Our friendly servers will have smiling faces under their masks ☺️

Please consider those busy times when booking and offer more advance notice when at all possible. We look forward to seeing you all and serving you in 2021!

Yesterday, I had the privilege of catering a birthday party for my grandads 80th birthday.

The menu included:

Smoked chicken with white bbq sauce
Corn Salad
Hashbrown Casserole
Taylor’s famous green beans

This will be a regular ticket item that I can cater to all sizes.
