No one ever plans for a funeral, it is always heartbreaking to hear the stories of people trying to find food at the last minute. Thank you to Kramer and Lum for recommending me to this family.

I was honored to be able to serve this family this week. So thankful that my calendar was not as full. My heartfelt sympathies to the family and losing their mother.

It has been a busy week here
We had the privilege to cater for the military base just 20 minutes from us.
They wanted breakfast Friday and Saturday, as well as dinner Friday and Saturday.
They had egg ham and cheese sandwiches for breakfast with fruit and a cookie both days. For Friday dinner they had meatball subs, chips, fruit, chocolate chip cookies, Saturday dinner they had Caesar chicken wraps, chips and fruit.
It was for 95 people all meals.

Today we had two catering jobs.
One went to a 18-year-old's birthday party at the Hershey Lodge.
I did not get any photos since I just had to drop that off.

They had scalloped potatoes, chicken farm, brown butter salmon, garlic green beans, garlic bread, Olive garden salad, and is charcuterie display. They also had chocolate cupcakes with strawberry Danish, and strawberry cheesecake cupcakes.

Christmas Eve is always a special time for our family.

Over the years we always did birthday breakfast in bed, once the kids got older and had jobs we no longer could do that.

So they're request was to have me cook like I do for other people, fill a table full of food. And they invite some of their friends. It always is such a fabulous time.

So happy to have about a week of rest before my next wedding.

I was so happy to cater for this family, they did their Christmas holiday celebration. They're one daughter out of 14 kids is dying of cancer. What a great way to celebrate and make memories.

We had the honor of serving a holiday meal back at for indiantown Gap military base.
They're willingness to help unload and then serve with so amazing to see.
They did give us a plaque and a coin that means so much to us. We truly are honored.

We enjoyed a night set up at Brickstone venue for a Christmas event 4:30-8pm.

We sold out of everything by 7 pm, we feel so honored to serve the community in this way.

We will be at the Lebanon Christian School this Saturday Dec 7 from 8-3 inside the gym.

On the menu we had:
Potato ham chowder
Chili soup
