Thanks again for making this Weekend one of the best festivals ever.

A lot of work is involved in putting the festival on and also doing all of the after paperwork and cleanup.

We are working on getting all of the Pub Crawl cards back from the bars and once we do we will get the prizes drawn and posted hopefully tomorrow.

We also are working on getting all of the names inputted into a random generator for the Like/Share/Post contest.

Again we appreciate all of the support that we have been shown this weekend.

Huge thank you to the CHA group (Concentric Health Alliance) for an amazing experience.

I was able to be a house mother to a group of 47 employees and their families. We spent the weekend celebrating new life, birthday, anniversaries, and the joys of an amazing team all meeting for the first time since the pandemic.

I have the joy of working full time as a Sales Team Member, as well as the office coordinator for Ryan Secor State Farm.

Our local chamber of commerce hosted a tailgate, we listened to a speaker who co founded Gus Macker, and decorated our table!

As a coordinator, one piece of advice to help your event, is a timeline. This will allow you to stay on track and the vendors to know when and where you need them.

There are so many resources out there to find examples. Pinterest, Facebook, and even me! Don’t be afraid to ask for help and set up everything the way you want!

Remember the before and after of parties, open houses, birthday parties, and even baby showers of having to set up and clean? I’m so glad I found this company!

I was blessed to work with Kim and Olivia from Here.To.Serve hospitality. When I tell you they keep the place clean and functional, I am not kidding. They specialize in the hard work of setting up and tearing down. As well as cleaning up any mess so you don’t have too.

A little about me. I studied recreation services in college and I’m now pursing my dream of helping you create your dream day. This can be wedding coordination, birthday parties, community events and more. Think of me as your right hand lady.

I am a momma to two little girls and a wife to the man I prayed for. I have been married for almost four years. My hobbies include tending to my plants and singing loudly in the car.
