Organized by www.inclusivebbqevents.com the charity event in Wrentham, Massachusetts was a smashing megahit; filling multiple bins with toy donations for “Toys For Tots,” collecting Gift Cards for teens and families in dire need during this Holiday Season.

Day to special for the Ludlow 250th falling into fun festival chicken leg quarter dinner

Winging it in Ludlow today

This is the site of the 2025 Camp Harkness Foundation BBQ State Championship Cook-off mark your calander for September 5th to the 7th . This event will include a special cook off on Saturday pairing individuals with special needs and disabilities with professional barbecue cook teams in a chef's choice extravaganza. More information to come very soon .

Lunch time going to do a quick sear on some pork for sandwiches. Using a couple great rubs that we use on the comp trail and our vending events . Base is @bigsalinasbarbecue hot porker rubs them topped with @butcherbbq honey rub . Check out there entire lines of rubs and sauces you will love them .

Ok day 2 of the Southern New England BBQ Throwdown in Bristol CT is in the books and it was a good day for us but not as good as day 1 . Chicken 30th Ribs 8th Pork 30th Brisket 9th Overall finishing 23rd Thank you to Jeremy and Scott from the Campground Series for another amazing weekend of friends , family and competition BBQ .
