Hello Fello Slurpers,
After some careful review and reflection we decided to end this run of Slurp It Up Soup. Sales fell off around 1-2 weeks before Christmas and never came back up. I believe with some time and money put more into branding and marketing we could pull off something here. We might even come back later this year to try another run at this! I really enjoyed giving you a quality product and appreciate everyone's support...it did help me tremendously..but now I must go back to my other venture, I run a food truck, RagBag Bistro. Check us out...our food is delicious 😋 we will come to any event with over 20people no fees or minimums to come out!

We are honoring this tradition, our soup features a Beef broth base, Hamhock, hints of tomato and of course Black Eyed Peas! We also added mild green chillies for extra flavor. Accompanied with sour cream and chives

-Lobster Bisque- We prepared our shellfish stock in house overnight to really develop a rich and complex stock. Added in tarragon and various spices, along with tomato paste, sherry, but the real secret to adding texture to this soup is emulsified rice!...this lobster bisque is decadent and sure to be an indulgent start to the New Year.
