Happy 50th to my husband Scott Marquardt!!! In celebration of his birthday it is only fitting to show off his office. He is an insurance agent for Rural Mutual Insurance Company in Sussex, WI. This last winter I renovated a hutch for his office and staged it with some of his favorite things and wood flowers of course. Wood flowers can be masculine!

Happy Mother’s Day! I have two kids and motherhood brings me so much joy.

Four years ago during Mother’s Day in the thick of Covid when we all missed our moms, I started sharing my wood flower arrangements and had an overwhelming response. That lead me to starting this business. I opened my Etsy shop 18 months ago and have been blessed with over 1100 sales and shipping to 49 states (still need Hawaii!)

So thank you to all the mom’s out there but also to those that I helped you bless your mom with wood flowers that will last forever.
