After much consideration I have decided to sell my food truck. This decision wasn't easy for me. I bought my truck at a time where I didn't know what the future held for me and my career. Turns out things are going better than ever & I just don't have the time to run my truck. Plus my husband hates it! He loves his peaceful weekend's with me! Lol
I'm super excited for the new owners & can't wait to see what they do with it ☺️
Thank you so much to all that supported me throughout this journey! I will keep Good Mood Food as a side gig for small catering events 😊

Due you a family emergency I decided to cancel tomorrow night at Little Platte Distillery.

Oh boy my food friends 🍔🌯😋! It's definitely taking some time to get things going but we're about there! I decided last minute to change my wrap design so that slowed things down😜. But I want it to be just right! What do you think? I'll a be making a couple modifications but this is it! And my slogan is

I'm excited to announce my very first outing 🚐 will be this Saturday supporting the great town of Lathrop!
I'll be offering 🌮TACOS🌮! Hard, soft, taco 🌮salad🥗 & nachos! I'll also have a kids hot dog meal🌭! My beautiful granddaughter Charlee will also have yummy treats! Due to the cold weather & perfecting my truck I'm limited on what I can do. Please come by & support the town & pick up a copy of my spring menu! See you in Lathrop on Saturday! 😃🌮
Did I mention there will be 🐪 camel's 🐪?!?

Grilled Chicken Tikka Masala Burrito! It was so YUMMY!!!
Basmati rice
Grilled chicken marinaded in tikka masala sauce
Sweet potato & garbanzo beans cooked in masala sauce
All wrapped in a homemade tortilla (Roti)
Fried chicken on the side 😉
I forgot cilantro 😕
