So I know I haven't posted much lately, but we are still kicking it every Friday night at 6pm at Wood Ridge Farm Brewery, come on out and sing a song or two. Good food, great beer, amazing family and friends and of course great music!

So the wife had some abdominal pain this morning wasn't sure what I was going to make tonight's show, but thankfully, things have worked out, I should be there and setting up. Hopefully, we'll be starting by 7pm this evening at wood ridge farm brewery

Why would you drive out to the middle of Nelson County to sing karaoke? Because it's the best Brewery in the area and some of the best food and scenery, the karaoke show is pretty dang good too. Tonight starting at 6 karaoke at Wood Ridge Farm Brewery, come on out and hang out with family, find yourself on an island at the Tiki bar, grab some great food from our food truck or a wood fired pizza, see one of the biggest LOVE art in the state, get there early and check out the Octoberfest activities starting today. Then don't forget to come upstairs and sing a song or two with me DJ Maddog. Hoping to see you there!

This young lady was very apprehensive when she got up to sing her first song, so I suggested to bring the lead vocals up so she could sing with the artist (which is one feature I like about karafun) as she was singing I started bringing down the lead vocals, by her 3rd song I was knocking the lead vocals off in the first little bit....this young lady is 12 years old! She got finished with this song I got on the mic and said "Would someone please tell that girl that she can sing!"

So with Wood Ridge Farm Brewery having their 8th anniversary and it being a holiday weekend they are staying open later Sunday evening. Nobody's from Nowhere will be playing the Tiki bar stage from 3 to 6pm so since they are open later they asked me to play a DJ/Karaoke set to entertain everyone for the evening, so starting at 6 I will be spinning tunes and if you want to sing a tune I will be set up for karaoke too. Come on out and celebrate with us, have an adult beverage or 3 and dance the night away!

Well we have a busy weekend and upcoming week! Friday evening starting at 6, I will be doing my regular show at Wood Ridge Farm Brewery in the majestic mountains of Nelson County. Saturday Evening, I will be going through the woods over to Appomattox to Loose Shoe Brewing Company at Loose Shoe Too and doing Karaoke starting at 6:30pm. playing till 9:30pm. Then next week on Tuesday evening starting at 7pm. I will covering for Mr. Gary Scott while he is on vacation at All American Burger on Wards Rd. Lynchburg. All American Burger is located up behind Cracker Barrel on Wards Rd. next to Buffalo Wild Wings. Pick an evening or all three and come on out and sing a song or three, have a couple of adult beverages, enjoy some great singers and good adult fellowship!

I need a female singer to work on ' I think I'm in love with you ' with Dua Lipa and Chris Stapleton, of course work on the Dua Lipa part. I would need to transpose it down 2 -1/2 steps for me to hit the Chris Stapleton part but I'd love to have someone to sing that with.

So attendance has been down every once and a while on Fridays, but we are still running strong. Come on out for karaoke on Friday nights at Wood Ridge Farm Brewery starting at 6pm. You be the star! Most people think that is a requirement to sing like Harry Styles or Whitney Houston to sing karaoke....Not so, if you sing in the shower or in your car you can sing karaoke, it's even easier because with karaoke you have the lyrics on the screen! It's fun and releases endorphins which is good for your health. Also if anyone knows of a place that could do karaoke please recommend me, I am available for other nights or days of the week. Thanks for looking!

Was running my karaoke when I heard a noise on the roof I went out and found they were placing a flag on the roof, so I went in and started the star spangled banner...she's a beauty ...proud of my country, proud of my flag!
