Hello everyone…. Getting back on my baking, and my regular routine. I had been making Key Lime Pies since day one (more than 10 years) and something is happening this summer… it is one of the most requested desserts!
I used only organic eggs, fresh squeezed limes, and baked on demand…

Catering day! Last Sunday we had the honor to cater the dessert and appetizer tables for Veronica’s graduation party! Ana & Pedro , a very proud parents, prepared an amazing “parrillada” …. It is always fun partner with them, and this time was very special. Seeing their daughter graduating and starting a new journey is very exciting! Congratulations Veronica, the world is awaiting for you!

Hello everyone! Thank you for your messages and texts. 2025 has been a roller coaster… unexpected and expected situations made me take a break from … my son got married! (Expected and very happy) and I hope I can come back fully recover (unexpected - not too happy, but life continues) and back on track by summer. In the meantime, we are still baking!
