Seared Tuna and Marlin with a Tropical Vinaigrette and Spicy Ahi Tartare served on a Crispy Wonton.

To celebrate Palau's 27th Independence Day, I will be selling fresh Poke Bowls tomorrow at Airai side. Poke bowls will be $5 and your choice of either spicy or shoyu served on top of hot rice. And for those who JUST want poke, I will be selling only poke for $1 per ounce. So stop by and grab your daily poke fix and sit by the water and watch the boat race.

I will be going eco-friendly this year, so poke "bowls" will come in a small box container and chopsticks. There will be an igloo water station so I encourage everyone to BYOB (Bring Your Own Bottle) for only $1 to fill up your water bottles, no matter how small or how big your bottle is. So save your appetite and stop by Airai side, I will be located right next to the All State Booth near the entrance/exit. Hope to see you tomorrow & Happy Independence Day Palau 🇵🇼
