Yes, we were working BUT this had to me the most fun and intimate testing day yet.

Some of you may know that I am from Chicago, IL, (home of the best pizza) and my girlfriend is from Detroit, MI. We each DISHED out a rendition of our hometowns style of pizza.

Who said you can’t have pork chops for breakfast? Well I’ve proven you wrong. I spent the morning putting together this sweet and savory brunch.

Overnight marinated Spicy Brown Sugar GlazedPork Chop, Sweet Potato Waffles, Cheese Eggs, and Candied Turkey Bacon.

Needless to say, I did eat the entire plate 😮‍💨. 5 years ago I made my first pork chop (last slide) and I am so proud of my growth of cooking, plating, and believing in my food over the last 5 years. I can’t wait to see where I am in the next 5. Anyone out there pursuing their dreams, KEEP GOING! You won’t know how far you came if you give up now.

It’s been the perfect weather for Chili this week ❄️ I fell in love with ‘s Cactus Chili back in 2018 and has been hooked since! A mexican twist on classic chili is the perfect mashup for these cold winter nights.

Ooowee Gooey Buttery Mashed Potatoes over Mississippi Pot Roast, along with Macaroni & Cheese, Honey Glazed Carrots, Dressing (made by Chef Gabbe’s mom), & Crescent Rolls is definitely the menu need you, your family, or your friends need to try at your next gathering. Though you might have to add another 30 minutes to your workout, it will sure to be worth it 😉 Will I see you soon?

As many of you know Chef Gabbe & Manager Ky’Lie were victims in a car accident this past weekend. We are slowly healing & recovering and we appreciate all the love, prayers, and messages we have received.
