Get something with good technical support and more than 30 day warranty on your printhead lol!

DTF Superstore and DTG Pro prices are insane for a reason! You will get the support you need with them.

Mclaud over charges for their machines. I paid 12k for my first 7890 in 2021. A year later I bought a second one because my printer went down and had to get serviced in their warehouse and the owner persuaded me to buy another so production wouldn’t stall. I bought that printer for half of the price at 6k. A year later those same printers are going for 3k. They’re not worth it.

We had to hire a guy to maintain our printers. We have to pay him over 500 every time he comes out because most likely he is replacing parts.

I do not believe in bashing small business so I hope this isn’t taken that way. I am simply spreading awareness so no one has to go through the trouble.

Do your research before you buy. If you’re going to buy from Mclaud, get the best warranty. One that covers parts.
