A friend of the farm is looking for the right home for their Australian Cattle Dog. Please let us know if you'd like to connect with the owner. Here's some info;

Here’s some info about Roadie.

I absolutely hate to be doing this, but we need to find a better home for our Australian Stumpy-Tail Cattle Dog named Roadie (5 yrs old we think).

A little backstory: A few years back a friend found him as a puppy abandoned and living alone in the desert in Utah near Zion. They couldn’t find owners (no chip) and couldn’t keep him so we drove from Vegas to Zion to meet him and ended up taking him home. I don’t think he had ever been in a house before. . . He is a great dog!

Unfortunately my husband and I are both disabled and because of that he doesn’t get the activity that his breed needs to be happy and fulfilled. He is adorable, great with kids, adults and other dogs. He has never been around cats as far as I know.

We would LOVE for him to go to a great home where he could be more active and love his life! He needs to be active and we just can’t be what he needs as much as we would like to. We would be glad to answer any questions you may have.

He is about 5 years old (we think), and has been fixed.

About 10pm last night I got a knock at the door. Unicorns & Horses were out 🤦‍♀️. We got them all rounded up and they're all back home.
Due to my surgery, I'm not supposed to lift, get dirty, or get wet for several weeks. So, kids are on feeding duty. They did put the lock on the gate, but missed putting half the chain in the lock, easy to miss. Hence, the late night escapades of some of the horses.
Someone snapped a pic of them on the main road, but I'm pretty sure I was on foot behind them when this pic was snapped.
They certainly know how to stress a gal out oye.
They're all home and accounted for after they're little adventure.
On that note, if you'd like to help with feeding while I'm out of commission, we do have a sign up genius going for morning feedings.

With a hand surgery coming up (Nov 12), we could use some extra volunteers. Doc says I wont be allowed to lift anything for several weeks and wont be able to get my right hand wet as well. This means I may need a little extra help with feeding & p**p cleanup. We have the evenings covered, but if you're interested in helping with the mornings, you can sign up on our genius ;)
