My daughter Brianna and I had an amazing time at the Empowered Women Connect Murder Mystery Holiday Party last night. We went to a 1907 vintage house renovated and ready for more events Hidden Gem Events in Meridian. We made dessert boxes that included 1920's desserts: Upside down pineapple cupcake, homemade Oreos, Bogart Creme's (family recipe), White chocolate/ cranberry/pistachio fudge, chocolate truffle, Turkish delight, Ribbon candy, secret envelop sugar cookie, cranberry/pecan/coconut/shortbread/white chocolate bar. We also made chocolate covered pretzels into edible ci**rs for our cigar tray. So much fun! I won an award for most in character. Click on the pictures to learn more.....

Thank you for all our lovely customers we had today at the Roosevelt Elementary School Bazaar. We brought lots of goodies, today was the debut of our new treat, our Apple Cider Donuts, made with our own special recipe homemade applesauce. Attended my first charcuterie board class/party with my daughter Brianna tonight. It was so much fun and yummy! I can see myself making this in the future 🙂

Changes
We are excited for some changes happening to our food trailer business....stay tuned as we reveal the new name of our business' soon and what we will be bringing to you...here's a hint below...but know we plan to create something yummy and different! (Our Douffles are not going anywhere either!). We have learned sometimes is change is a good thing! Stay tuned for more details coming in the next couple of weeks....

Waffle Squared was created from the desire to find the perfect waffle...crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside.
