One of my favorite themed boards to do is baby boards!!
My tips are
🍼 Choose the widest block letter & use for everyletter
🍼 I score the cheese using the block letter then cut
🍼 Then you cut that 1 block into 2-3 equal cuts & put however many pieces to get to get the look you want (I used 2 cheese pieces for each letter)
🍼 Push stamp down on cheese to transfer ink, but DON'T wiggle just press down
🍼 Place cheese blocks at different angles on board

To be honest I always felt a little lost about what I was supposed to do in life.
I was steered in the direction of grad school to become an occupational therapist & did well in school, but never passed the licensure test & felt like a big fat failure.
I totally rock "THE MOM" thing & I love being a mom & always wanted to be.
My very supportive husband said "can you just do something you love". The problem was I loved doing a lot of things.
But one social media post of a dessert (pie) board changed everything. Making charcuterie boards for my friends and family slowly turned into strangers ordering.

You'll be licking the bowl clean kinda dip!!
-2 avocados (must be soft to mash with a fork) **
-1 pint sour cream
-1 packet regular Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix @hidden.valley
Mix all of the above. You will still have some avocado chucks
Spread over a platter or in a dish- obviously I was making this for a football game
Over top of mixture put in this order
-1 fresh cut tomato
-3-4 scallions (I omit this)
-1 cup sharp cheddar cheese & Monterey Jack cheese
-1 small can of chopped black olives (I don't use the whole can)
Don't forget tortilla chips!!
**I had teeny avocados so I used 4, but if you have regular size avocados use 2
