Summer time salad with a drinkable dressing from @healthygirlkitchen
I kinda doubled her recipe as I was feeding a crowd.
4 cups of kale
2 mangoes
2 avocados
2 cups diced cucumber
1cup steam corn
1/2 cup diced red onion
1red bell pepper
Cilantro line dressing
1 head cilantro
1/4 cup lime juice
1/3 cup avocado oil
3Tbsp water
1/2 cup cashews
1tsp salt
1tsp garlic
I usually don't put the dressing on the salad & mix it all together but my dressing came out super thick so I went with it. It was gone within an hour.

I typically get so into building a board my mind just instantly starts relaxing.

In this case 1 brie bite & 3 pieces of manchego.
Along with 2 oz of charcuterie with fruits, honey stick, nuts and sweets made this a nice size snack.

Should I make a charcuterie diy kit a thing??
My daughter's boyfriend works in the building I rent from & literally in the next room as I filmed this.
He texted my daughter that he wanted to build a charcuterie board with her for his bday & wanted to know where I get my cheeses.
He wanted to build a board to see how bad it came out, but I think it came out pretty well especially with no instructions.
I did give them some extra items not shown in the video. FYI he is allergic to most fruit so we had to leave it out.

3 ways to style grapes. Extra bonus style is to always place grapes stem side down on your surface.
1. Cut grapes on the vine into smaller bundles.
2. Use a single grape & cut a zig zag design to hide any holes in the grape bundle.
3. Cut 3 grapes off the vine (make sure the grapes are together). Place the 3 grape bundle onto your other grapes to make them look fuller.
4. Edible flowers are also used to hide holes in the grape bundle.
