The Shoeshine Box , written directed and produced by Adrienne Cater will premiere February 26th, 2022 at the Met Theater in Philadelphia, PA. The much awaited play follows a family of men and how one item connects their legacy of fatherhood, determination, and love over generations.

Theater lovers can sit back and enjoy the thought provoking, emotional and visual performances of a lifetime. Starring Philadelphia natives, Storm “TC” Caldwell, Craig McLaren, Lashawn Elise Alexander, Kyle Glenn and Hez Green. Introducing our new generation of Philadelphia talent, Elijah Lawrence, Malachi Nesbit, Thomas Freeman, and recording artist Alphonso Evans.

The Shoeshine Box will be full of song and dance with performances by, Maximus Klevence, Irving Mobley, Kaylee Scott, Lashawn Elise Alexander, Hez Green, Brady Hill, Lenny Nutter, Jamiylah Miller, Kenny Ray Walker, Davita Stratton, Charming LeGrand and Wayne Chateau.
