HI!! IT’S ME!! I wanted to update you guys on what I’ve been up to!🕺

After wrapping up my summer 2022 weddings, I began my senior year of college by hopping on a plane with 3 suitcases to study abroad in Athens, Greece during the fall 2022 semester. Man oh man did I have the time of my life traveling all over Europe (11 countries 🤯). I returned to WSC for the spring semester and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication/Electronic Media, minoring in Digital Film Production and International Studies. After graduation, I moved to Sioux Falls, SD for a summer internship, and here’s the exciting part!!! I’m staying in Sioux Falls (and therefore the Midwest) and my books are NOW OPEN🥹🥳 I will be working a full-time job so my availability is limited!

I want to thank everyone who has reached out and been so patient and understanding as I navigated my future plans!! Now let’s make some magic 💍🎥🎞️🤍

Back in January, I finished editing my first documentary, “A Moving Movement.” It premiered a few weeks ago at WSC, but thought I’d share it here as well!

Backstory:
One of my professors, Dr. Engebretsen, has spent a lot of her time in Ethiopia & Nepal as a Fulbright Global Scholar. In Ethiopia, she has a colleague and friend, Belaynew, who wanted to share the story of physical therapy in Ethiopia. Before I had even met Dr. E or had a class with her, she saw one of my minors (Digital Film Production), and went out on a limb by emailing me and asking if I would be interested in this project. It was submitted to The World Health Organization Film Festival: Health For All.
