“Gerad is an outstanding wedding planner and coordinator. We hired him to help us plan our 2-day destination wedding outside Austin at a glamping resort. From the beginning, I was amazed by his organization skills. He had checklist after checklist to make sure no details were forgotten. He had a monthly calendar and timeline, which reassured me that we were always on track with the planning and decisions. He knew exactly when we should meet and had a detailed agenda for every conversation. He has a list of trusted and proven vendors so he saved me time from having to research on my own. […] During our meetings he took detailed notes so I never had to repeat anything twice. He studied our vision board and created a multi-day run-of-show so that he knew exactly how we wanted our wedding to be. He paid attention to every little detail and request and made sure it all happened. Gerad was totally supportive of all our weird requests, from getting married in a yurt to hosting a talent show after dinner. Whatever we wanted, Gerad was ready to make it happen. During the wedding itself, Gerad was on-site for the full two days. […] Gerad was on top of everything. In fact, I later learned there were a few last-minute snafus that I never knew about because Gerad handled them so well. The thing I love most about Gerad is that he is so kind and caring that he feels like another family member at the wedding, but he’s also so humble and professional that he is always in the background, making his magic happen without attracting any unnecessary attention. I know that I was able to enjoy my wedding so much more because I trusted that he had everything handled and I didn’t have to worry about anything other than being present with my husband and my family on our special day. “Hiring Gerad was truly the best decision I made for my wedding. I was so stressed trying to find someone who could make my ideas work, and Gerad was the first person I talked to that worked with me to make my ideas happen instead of saying there was one right way to do things. He made the entire process so easy, and was always a pleasure to talk to. Having him there on the wedding day brought me so much relief! He executed FLAWLESSLY. He set up my decor perfectly and handled all of the logistics of every other vendor. He handled all of the crazy things that popped up and we didn’t have to stress about any of it, but he did check in with us throughout the night with the bigger things. We were always on schedule with him and he truly was the reason our event flowed so well and was successful. My entire family RAVED to me about my coordinator and made so many comments about how on his game he was. He will make your day so much more effortless and easy so you can focus on getting married and having fun! I seriously cannot recommend Gerad enough!”

“We hired Gerad for day-of coordination, and he completely blew us away. Even though we handled most of the planning ourselves, he seamlessly picked up every detail and took over like he’d been part of the process all along. From the moment he arrived, we could actually relax and just enjoy the day.

There were so many little things I didn’t even have to think about because Gerad already had them covered. I had no idea what happened with things like the tip envelopes - he just quietly took care of it. He made sure our friends and family were always in the right place, which made everything feel effortless. When the weather shifted, he handled the changes calmly and kept everything on track without anyone stressing.

On top of all that, he took amazing behind-the-scenes photos and videos throughout the night and somehow managed to post beautiful shots before our photographer even did.

After reading other reviews calling him “a swiss-army knife from start to finish”, I can say that’s absolutely true. He handled everything with calm confidence, kindness, and a level of attention that let us truly be present. We couldn’t imagine our wedding day without him.”

“If I could give Gerad a million stars I would!!!! From our first interaction with Gerad to our last, we felt confident and comfortable in our decision to work with him. Words can’t describe what a joy it was to have Gerad as our coordinator. His experience, kindness, knowledge and helpfulness was and is truly invaluable!! Best decision we made hands down (coming from a Type A bride)!! From stinky vendors to on the spot day of changes, Gerad was a professional and I could not recommend him enough!! Setting up decor, hot glueing jewelry, pinning boutonnières, sticking to the timeline, ensuring my husband and I had eaten are just a handful of things Gerad did!! Stop the search, you’ve found not only your coordinator but advocate and friend!!!”
